- A comprehensive package which details how to get your home ready for renters including everything from putting a block on your phone to a list of qualified cleaners to open your home.
- Internet marketing including our high ranking website and registering with other travel related search engines (eg. www.tripadvisor.com).
- We process and collect all leases, rent payments and Accidental Damage Protection fees.
- We send out informational brochures with each mailing to the tenant which will help them understand the responsibilities of renting your home.
- We send out owners statements to each owner each time a rent check comes in which gives you a current balance and ytd balance.
- Friendly, competent staff not only knowledgeable about the town, but very familiar with each and every property listed. We speak to every tenant before we book a property and we are available 6 days a week to show rental properties.
